Pokemon Sapphire NTEVO ROM

This is the Pokemon Sapphire NTEVO ROM. It is a ROM hack created so that all the Pokemon can evolve, without needing to trade them. They are given alternative ways to evolve. Finally you can evolve Kadabra into Alakazam, Haunter into Gengar, Machoke into Machamp, and much more!

Usually, certain Pokemon require trading to evolve, but in this special ROM, you can evolve any Pokemon without trading! Most of the time you just have to level them, or level them holding a specific item. This is great for people who use emulators, where trading is difficult and sometimes impossible. Now you can finally build your dream team!
