This is the Pokemon Fire Red NTEVO. It is a ROM hack created so that all the Pokemon can evolve, without needing to trade them. They are given alternative ways to evolve. Finally, you can evolve Kadabra into Alakazam, Haunter into Gengar, Machoke into Machamp, and much more!
In Pokemon Fire Red, you usually have to trade certain Pokemon to evolve them. But in this version, everyone can evolve without having to trade. Most Pokemon evolve just by leveling, or leveling while holding an item. Great for players using an emulator, where trading is difficult or impossible.
